Yut Oyl Woo, age 84, died Friday evening, February 25, 2011 at West View Nursing Home in Port Wentworth.
Graveside Rites will be held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, March 6, 2011, at Hillcrest Abbey East Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 Noon till 2:00 PM, at Bonaventure Funeral Home, prior to the Graveside Rites.
Mrs. Woo was born October 12, 1926, in Canton, China, to the late Chun Yuk Der and Yee Kell Fong Der. She was the owner and operator of Woo's Food Store, at Water's Ave. and Wald burg Street for many years until she retired. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her Son and Daughter-In-Law: Kenny Woo and wife Janis of Newmarket, Ontario Canada, and her three grandchildren and spouse; Lisa W. Marion and husband Frank of Savannah, Kristen Woo and Jason Woo, both of Newmarket, Ontario Canada.
