Wilma Theresa Ragsdale

Wilma Brunner Ragsdale February 11, 1931 – June 15, 2021 Wilma was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. and was the oldest of 2 daughters to Adolf and Pauline Brunner. Wilma attended Woodbury High School in New Jersey class of 1949. While attending school she was a Student Aid, active in the Journalism Club, Leaders Club, Friends of Animal Club, Library Club, Junior Red Cross. Played Basketball and was a reporter for the White and Gold the School newspaper.

Lenthel and Wilma met in Mill City Oregon and were married on November 23, 1949. They lived in Oregon, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama enjoying every place they lived. This union gave them 7 children, Susan, Kathy (Jim) Casey, Patty (Jay) Jones, Marvin (Krista), Carl (Debbie), Harvey, Samuel. Wilma is also survived by grandchildren: Jackie Ragsdale Graves, Jennifer Ragsdale, Rebecca Ragsdale, Ben (Julie) Ragsdale, Phillip (Amanda) Ragsdale, Matthew Ragsdale, Tiffany Holmes and Amanda Unger, as well as 10 great-grandchildren. Wilma was predeceased by her husband Lenthel, her parents and her daughter Susan. Wilma had a creative and artistic side that allowed her to be a wonderful florist, she enjoyed working with plants and flowers whether at work or home. Thru out her life she was always a very caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother thinking of her family always. We will miss her dearly and love her always.
