Willie Otis Miller

Willie Otis Miller , 59, passed away February 7, 2019 at his residence,
and he was born January 30, 1960 in Savannah, Ga., to the late
Sinclair Tolbert, and Miss Frances Miller.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sinclair Tolbert and sister,
Dora Mae Tolbert. He leaves to cherish his loving mother, Frances
Miller Tolbert.
He graduated from Richard Arnold High School - Class of 1978, and
he also attended Fort Valley State College.
He attended Vineyard Christ in God Holiness Church at an early age.
He was an independent driver for Majestic Cab Company.
He leaves 5 loving children, , Jakeem Bryant, JaQuan Bryant,
Lasantasia Smalls, Sherman Smalls, and Octavia Smalls, a loving and
devoted mother, Mrs. Frances Miller Tolbert, 3 brothers, Deacon
Robert (Bernice) Miller, Ronnie Miller of Savannah, Ga; Lawrence
Tolbert of Sylvania, Ga; 4 loving sisters, Louise Robbins, and Rosa
Lee (Henry) Teague both of Sylvania, Ga; Gloria and Amanda Tolbert
of Savannah, Ga; 2 uncles, Theodore (Mamie) Tolbert of Largo,
Maryland, Gary (Lillie Mae) Cuthbert, of Savannah, Ga; 3 aunts,
Frances Adams of Oliver, Ga., Elizabeth Riley of Baltimore, Maryland,
Rosa Lee Tolbert of Hastings, Florida and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel is in charge
of arrangements.
