Willie Lloyd Conner Sr., 71 passed into eternal rest on January 18th 2019.
Willie was born in Oliver, GA in 1947 and moved to Savannah as a small child. Willie is the son of the late Johnnie and Maude Conner. He was a Baptist and retired from Kroger after 30 years of service.
Willie loved bass fishing and is known as "The Legend" to the fishing community on the Savannah River. Willie was loved and will be missed by many.
Survivors include his children, Wayne Conner (Melode), Debra Newman (Adam), Willie L. Conner, Jr., Johnny Conner (Stacey) and Crystal Coleman (Skip); 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and his sister, Martha Woods.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
