William "Rex" Johnson

William "Rex" Johnson, 44, of Ellabell, GA, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016 as the results of a tragic automobile accident in Bulloch County.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Emmett Johnson.
Rex was born and raised in Pooler and attended local schools. He was in construction/dry wall. He was a member of Westside Christian Church.
He is survived by a son, William Tyler Johnson of Ellabell; his mother, Nora Questis Kite Johnson of Pooler; two brothers, Emmett Johnson, Jr. of Pooler and Wayne Johnson (Debbie) of Stilson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a Memorial Service for Rex on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 7:00pm at Westside Christian Church with Rev. Leonard Daugherty officiating.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank for Rex's son, Tyler.
