William Robert "Robby" Rahn, Sr., 91, of Richmond Hill, passed away Wednesday, January 24th, 2018, at the home of his son and daughter-in-law.
A native of Clyde, Georgia, he was the son of James and Mary Rahn.
Robby served his country during WWII in the United States Navy and the GA Air National Guard at Travis Field. Robby was retired from Union Bag where he was admired for his expert welding abilities.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Cary Rahn, to whom he was married for 41 years.
He was a member of Bryan Lodge # 303 F.&A.M.'s in Richmond Hill and the Lions Club of Richmond Hill for more than 50 years.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Elizabeth Crosby Blitch Rahn; son, Bobby Rahn and his wife Laura of Richmond Hill; grandchildren, Robin, Jennifer, Joshua and Karson; great-grandchildren, Corbin, Camden, Madalyn and Alaina; several step-children, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and step-great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, Friday, January 26, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah.
The family will also receive friends from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, Saturday, January 27, at Richmond Hill United Methodist Church, 9050 Ford Avenue, Richmond Hill.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, January 27th, at Richmond Hill United Methodist Church, conducted by the Reverend Dr. Glenn Martin. Interment will follow at Richmond Hill Cemetery, where he will rest in peace next to Nora.
