Valerie W. Stapleton, 54, of Rincon, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019.
A native of Savannah, Valerie was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Barbara Gay Ketchum.
Valerie loved animals and had worked for Wilmington Island Animal Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Scott D. Stapleton; daughter, Kristin Winn; son, Brandon Stapleton; grandchildren, Nikolas Wiley and Charles Cosme; sisters, Connie Smith, Peggy Arnsdorff, Elizabeth Hendrix; sister-in-law, Christi Wicha; other family and friends.
A gathering for family and friends will be 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
