1SG Todd P. Huidekoper, 39, of Savannah, GA passed away Sunday October 16, 2022.
1SG Huidekoper is a native of Hampton, New Hampshire and enlisted into the United States Army as a Combat Medic in 2002. He attended Basic Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. His previous duty assignments include: Medic, Team Leader, and Squad Leader with the 28th Combat Support Hospital, Fort Bragg, NC including 2 combat deployments to Iraq (OIF I and V-VI). AMEDD Recruiter with the Minneapolis Station, 3rd Medical Recruiting Battalion. Medical Operations NCOIC of 210th Fires Brigade, Camp Casey, Korea. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Victoria Fyfe; and beloved cat, Trouble.
He is survived by his wife, Amela Huidekoper; daughters, Caroline and Charlotte Huidekoper; father, Hugh Huidekoper (Cindy); mother, Patricia Monaco (Thomas); sister, Jennifer Huidekoper; half sister, Angela; uncle, Michael Fyfe; father and mother in law, Dursum and Enesa Brakic; brother in law, Amer Brakic; and his cat, Trinity (She misses him greatly).
A Visitation will be held Monday October 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel.
Interment will be Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Georgia Veteran's Memorial Cemetery- Glenville, GA.
