Thomas Jennemann Walsh, Jr.

Thomas Jennemann Walsh, Jr., age 63, of Savannah passed away Friday, November 11, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Walsh was born December 23, 1958 in Savannah to the late Thomas Jennemann Walsh, Sr. and the late Effie Mae Nease Walsh. He was a 1976 graduate of Benedictine Military School. He was an Automotive Technician by trade. During his career he worked at Union Camp, Springfield Ford, and Rutland Tire and Wheel. He was of the Catholic faith and attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Mr. Walsh enjoyed racing and was a member of the SCCA Buccaneer Region for 42 years.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Lynn, Aunt, Geraldine Nease; cousins, Greg Joyner, Bryan Joyner, Curtis Joyner, Eric Nease, Jim Nease, Robin Nease Norvell, Terrell Nease, and Thomas E. Nease; mother-in-law, Annette Lynn; father-in-law, Alfred Daniel Lynn, Sr.; sister-in-law, Danette Jackson; and his favorite side kick Buster.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr. Savannah, GA 31406).

Interment will follow at Emit Grove Baptist Church in Statesboro.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice Savannah (1352 Eisenhower Dr. Savannah, GA 31406).
