Susan Bailey Daiss

Susan "Suzie" Bailey Daiss, 61, passed away Tuesday July 10, 2012 after a short illness. Born in Savannah, she was a lifelong Savannah resident.
Suzie had the "greenest" of thumbs, loved nature, and was the "Sprite of the Beach" in her youth. She was friendly and everyone she met was better off for having known her. A beloved mother and grandmother, she doted on all of her children and grandchildren. A very loving sister, she was a loving wife of Kenneth for 29 years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Blanche & Henry Bailey; brothers, Roy & Tommy Bailey; Suzie is survived by her husband, Kenneth D. Daiss, Sr.; her children, Wendy Sims, Kenny (Terri) Daiss, Jr., Chris (Debbie) Daiss, Sr., Timmy Daiss and Andy Daiss; 2 sisters, Julie B. (John) Lewis & May B. Warren; 7 grandchildren; 3 nieces; 6 nephews, several great nieces & nephews.
Visitation: Friday 6-8 P.M.  at Bonaventure Funeral Home.
Graveside Services: Saturday 10 A.M. in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
