Sum Kim Tran, 64, died Friday, March 27, 2020 at his home in Rincon, Georgia.
He was born on May 15, 1955 to the late Van Tuoc Tran and the late Mai Phung Tran (Au).
Father to Christa Allen-Tran, Suzanne Fagan (Tran) and son-in-law, Forest Fagan and Jennifer Le Tran. Grandfather to Kaitlin Danielle Rinehart and Sum-Lam Fagan. Brother to Long Tran, Bien Tran and a host of brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces.
Sum had a passion for life, family and cooking. He enjoyed time with his daughters, granddaughter and family.
Sum was an amazing father, grandfather, brother, uncle, designer, inventor, friend and one of the most interesting men in the modern era. He worked for 36 years at Gulf-stream Aerospace. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and Proud American. He lived a life that is the equivalent of a dozen men's experiences.
