A native of Savannah, Stevie was the son of Donnie W. Tyson, Sr. and Betty Mays Tyson. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include his parents, his partner, Talicia Mitchell, children, Danielle, Steven Jr., Cody, Skylar, grandchildren, Bea, Koa, Samantha, Evan, Julian, siblings, Donnie W. Tyson, Jr. (Debbie), Richard Tyson (Janet), Terry Stirling (Tom), Julia Gorgorette, Joy Harper (Andy), other family and many friends.
Graveside services will be private.
