Sean Michael Mcneely

Sean Michael McNeely age 34 of Savannah, GA passed away suddenly at his home of natural causes.

Sean was born at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. He was an avid cyclist from a young age winning some local Jr. races. He became a member of MENSA at age 4 and graduated from Woodside High School in Lapeer, MI in 2007 receiving the Michigan Merit Scholarship Award.

He loved Motown music, mixing, DJ ing, Gaming, reading, cooking and his cat Billie.

His passion for cooking brought him to Savannah where he learned to perfect the craft he loved. He found his permanent home at Common Restaurant on Broughton Street where he was so proud to be a Souse Chef. He loved the owners and all of the staff.

Sean is survived by his parents, Christine and Jerry McNeely, sister Heather (Matt) Dery, nephew Aidan Pendleton, Aunts Rosanne Gac (Char Brock) Karen (Indrek) Rask, Uncle Stephen (Barbara) Gac, Cousins Patrick, Emily and Jennifer Gac, Justin McNeely, Ryan and Brendan Mandzaria, and his ex wife Gina Lane that he loved with all his heart. He leaves behind many friends in Savannah and Michigan.
