Sarah Alice Cowart Hazard, 72, of Bloomingdale passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Terry Cowart and Lillie Mae Bradley Cowart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alan Fred Hazard, Sr. and daughter, Amy Michelle Hazard.
Survivors include her sons, Alan Fred Hazard, Jr. and Terry Ashley Hazard, grandchildren, Lillie, Kaci and Gage, sister, Trish McKenzie, brother, Remer Cowart.
Graveside Services will be held 10:30 am Monday, July 26, 2021 at Powers Baptist Church Cemetery on Old River Road, Eden, GA.
