Sara Lou Jimenez Sikes

Sara Lou Jimenez Sikes was a beloved grandmother, mother, and wife during her incredible 82 years. She passed away peacefully Thursday, February 10, 2022.

We will remember Sara Lou for her loving nature, caring spirit, and outgoing personality. She doted on her family. She constantly reminded us of how much we were loved, and how proud she was to be a grandmother to not only her grandchildren, but her great grandchildren. She will truly be missed.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Milton C. Sikes Jr.; and her dear son, James Edward Sikes.

She is survived by her children, Marie Lyle (Tim) of Carolina Beach, NC, Elizabeth "Beth" Allen (Ray) of Savannah, GA, Fred Sikes (Sunni) of Guyton, GA, Milton Sikes III (Sandra) of Savannah, GA; 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sister, Mae Duval; her brother Enrique Jimenez A. and their family in Costa Rica; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be accepting visitors Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406
