Sandy D. Barron, 62, of Savannah passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Memorial Health University Medical Center after a short illness.
A native of Savannah, she is the daughter of the late, Willie Doyle, Jr. and Betty Louise Taylor. Sandy worked many years at her family's restaurant, Betty's Little Kitchen. She was a free spirit with a compassionate heart. Sandy was known for having an open door for those in need from which she developed many lasting friendships; no one left Sandy's presences without a smile in their heart. She was a woman of great humor and was an extraordinary woman.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life her husband of several years, Robert Barron; her parents; and brothers, Charles "Chip" Ellis Doyle and Willie Doyle, III.
Survivors include her son, Travis Bryson; step-daughter, Tracie Barron; sister, Lori Taylor, many friends and other family.
The family will be having a gathering the celebrate Sandy's life at a later date.
