Rupariba G. Jethwa

d. March 16, 2018

Nanduba Ghelubha Jethwa, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was born in Nakuru, Kenya on Dec. 22, 1935 and passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018 in her home in Savannah, Georgia.

She leaves behind four loving children, Deepak, Renu, Vipul, and Vijay; two daughters in-law, Michelle and Bini; and seven grandchildren and their families, Neel (Amber), Meera (Michael, Myles, and Mikey), Nabila (Nayeem), Almeera (Taylor), Byron (Nancy), Jasmine, and Jaymin.

Nanduba's greatest joy came from her deep bonds with her family. She especially treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mummy, as she was affectionately known to most, lived a long life of service to others. Whether she was helping a stranger, cooking for a neighbor, or sharing wisdom from the stories of Lord Hanuman and Lord Ganesh, her kindness, generosity, and love was felt by everyone she met.

Her beauty and her smile will be missed eternally. Her love and service will live on forever.
