Roman "Ray" James Bednarski ,45 , of Midway passed away Saturday, March 18th, 2017 at Liberty Regional Hospital .
A native of Savannah, Georgia , he was the son of Stanley Bednarski and Cathleen Bednarski .
He was a Dispatcher for Crescent Towing Company.
He was a communicant of the Catholic Church.
Friends and Family were very important to Ray. He loved to hunt and fish, and was a loving husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his Mother: Mary Cathleen Bednarski, a brother, Mark Bednarski, his maternal grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. John C. Howard and Mr. and Mrs. James T. Casey, Sr.,
Survivors include his Wife: Marcey Rail Bednarski , his Daughter: Kaitlyn Bednarski , his Father: Stanley J. Bednarski, Sr., 2 Brothers: Stanley J. Bednarski, Jr. (Joni), and Phillip Bednarski (Christina). Mother and father-in-law Lawrence and Laurie Maner Sr.; brother-in-law, Lawrence Maner, Jr. (Diana), sister-in-law, Kimberly Maner; several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel, with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. in the Chapel.
