Robert Alan Whittington, 59, of Ellabell passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
A native of Savannah, he was the son of the late Julian Whittington and Barbara Williams.
Robert was the owner - operator of RAW Transportation, LLC. and was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking and scuba diving. He also had a passion for motorcycles, hotrods, westerns and enjoyed singing.
He was preceded in death by father and step father, John Monroe, grandparents, Sylvester and Effie Williams.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Whitney and Christopher Brown, son and daughter-in-law, John Whittington and Arlene Estandarte, wife, Tammy Fort, grandchildren, Oliver Brown and Adelyn Brown, mother, Barbara Monroe, brothers, Floyd Cohens, Dewayne Whittington, Danny Whittington and Stephen Whittington, his 2 fur babies, Tasmania and Betty Boop, and many extended family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2023 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel with visitation from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m..
