Center.
He was born in Savannah, Ga., and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
He was owner of Loper Construction Company.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Durden Loper, Savannah, Ga; son, Robert Blake Loper (Lauren) of Fairhope, Alabama; 2 daughters, Jordon Nicole Loper, and Jessica Phillips (Boone), both of Savannah, Ga; his parents, Robert Darrel and Jane Wells Loper, of Savannah, Ga; brother, George Wells Loper (Denise), of Statesboro, Ga; sister, Amanda Randall (Neil), of Savannah, Ga; 2 grandchildren, Robert Howard Loper and Kylie Elaine Loper; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday Evening at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
