Robert "Bob" Fuzie, 70, of Pooler passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
A native of Portage, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Fuzie and the late Elizabeth Kurtis Fuzie.
He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and had worked for Waste Managements.
Bob was a good man. He was an amazing father, a great proud dog owner!!! But an even better grandfather. He left behind his 2 dogs he cared for so much Tank and Georgia, one he had for 3years and one he had since he was a puppy. Bob was willing to do anything for his family , but he'd do absolutely anything to take care of his grandkids. Bob was a hard working man who did everything in his power to keep his family together no matter the situation or stress he had ahead of him. With Bob you had someone to laugh with , a person to vent to and shoulder to cry on. You ever talk to a person who could make you feel safe appreciated loved and wanted? That was Bob he could make you feel like the most important person in the room with just a single word. Rest in peace you are truly loved and missed
He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine "Cathy" Fuzie, daughter, Catherine E. Fuzie and his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Angelina Fuzie, grandchildren, siblings, other family and friends.
Services will be held at a later date due to the COVID pandemic.
