Robert Dean Kopper (Robbie), passed away Sunday morning at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha J. Kopper, his daughter Bree K. Hall (Matt) his sons Dustin Shiell (Ashley) and Brandon Shiell (Kendall), his mother Effie Kopper, and his sisters Ricki Lee Mills (James) and JoAnn Green, and his brother, Ben Kopper (Sheila). Robbie was lovingly called Monk Monk by his 5 grandchildren, Kylie, Cody, Bryson, Kelsey, and Baylor and was expecting his 6th grandchild, Baby Hall sometime around the New Year. He is also survived by his nephews, William Barnes and Adam Green and his niece Abbigale Green.
Robbie was a member of Alee Shrine Temple, and a member of the Alee Patrol Unit, where he was Past Captain. He was a member of Zerubbabel Lodge # 15, F. & A.M's. He had a great love for his Shrine and Masonic Brothers. He also was an avid Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs Fan and loved Nascar.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Kopper and will be laid to rest with him in Roberta, Georgia.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Spanky's Pooler, at 2 p.m. Saturday where the family will receive family and friends.
