Richard Neil Tatum, 88, passed away March 5, 2017 under the care of Hospice at Orchard Health and Rehab in Pulaski, GA. Because of his illness, Richard lived most of his life in a care home.
He was born June 19, 1928 in Waycross, GA. His parents were William Robinson Tatum and Louise Brightwell Tatum.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Carolyn Tatum Crosby.
He is survived by his brothers, Bill and his wife, Beryl in South Dakota; John and his wife, Jean of Savannah, GA.
Richard had numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank everyone at Orchard Health for all the years of wonderful care they gave Richard.
Graveside service will be Monday March 13, 2017 at 10 am at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Pastor Tommy East from Bible Baptist Church will officiate.
