Richard Barry Mason, Jr., 22, of Statesboro, went to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning December 6, 2016.
Barry is the son of Richard Barry Mason, Sr. and Pamela Thompson Hackle. He was a Baptist and was employed by California Cartage.
Barry was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting and just being outdoors, but most of all he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Salmen.
Survivors include his wife, Lindsey Powers; children, Emma and Jackson Lee Mason; parents, Pamela Thompson Hackle, Richard Barry Mason, Sr. (Julia); siblings, Brandi Watson (Duane), William Sheffield, Jessica Martin (Dan), Jessica Lester (Anthony); grandmothers, Deloris Mason and Linda Hodges; aunts, Patricia Williams, Margaret Mason; uncle, William Brian Mason; cousins, Jennifer Douberly and Christopher Conner; nieces, Brooke, Brian and McKenzie Watson, Stella Martin; other family and many friends.
A service to celebrate Barry's life will be held on 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
