Ricardo Daniel Baldino

Ricardo Daniel Baldino, 64, of Pooler, Georgia passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at his home.
A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, he was the son of the late Carlo Baldino and Elsa Sara Celaya Baldino. One of two children, he graduated high school in New Jersey and went on to pursue an education in aviation. He received a Bachelors of Science in Aviation from Thomas Edison State College. He loved flying and that passion led him to pilot aircraft for PanAm, DHL
and Southern Jersey Airways until his retirement. He served briefly in the sales industry before becoming an Amazon driver through White Recon Logistics.
In his free time, Ricardo enjoyed being on the water and never missed an opportunity to go fishing. He was a car buff who liked to take road trips when possible. He traveled to many
places and never failed to meet new friends along the way. It can be said that he never met a stranger and was known to strike up a conversation with anyone. Ricardo was a sports fan and
always supported his Giants and Mets. He enjoyed playing tennis and playing cards with his family. Jimmy Buffett and Elton John were among his favorite musical artists.
His greatest love and proudest accomplishment was always his son, Daniel, whom he loved with all of his heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include son, Daniel J. Baldino; sister, Alicia Pilo (Carlos); nephew, Michael Pilo (Grace); niece, Christina Gargle (Ian); great-nephew, Jack Pilo; extended family and a number of friends.
A Celebration of Ricardo's life will be held at a later date.
