Reuben passed away Friday August 19, 2022 at home after a long battle with cancer.
Reuben Edward White was born July 10, 1946 in his parents home in Fountain Run, KY. Reuben graduated from Sullivan High School in Sullivan, IL and then served his country in the United States Army. He lived for many years in Decatur, IL before moving to Georgia in the late 1980's. Reuben had many jobs in his lifetime, but the thing he was known best for was his ability to build and fix just about anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert B. and Dorothy M White; brothers, Danny and Tommy White; and sister, Sheila Lee.
He is survived by his brothers, Robert Terry White of Decatur, IL and Richard White of Pooler, GA; several nieces and nephews and his loving friend, Loraine Phillips.
Services are private.
