Rebecca Mulling Fillmore, age 86, Died, Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at the Savannah Rehab and Nursing Center.
Rebecca was born on October 4, 1923 in Toombs County to the late Eli James and Henryetta Long Mulling. She attended Cokesbury United Methodist Church and was a legal secretary for her late brother, Judge Victor H. Mulling of Savannah.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl F. Viles and husband Fred, and a son, Dennis Fillmore and wife Marilyn, all of Savannah. Also surviving are 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne E. Fillmore, brother and sister.
Graveside Rites will be held at 11:00 O'clock am, Monday, December 28, 2009 from Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Chaplin Joe Wadas officiating. Pallbearers will be Nathan Viles, Steven Fillmore, August Fillmore, Dennis Fillmore, Brian Fillmore and Fred Viles. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 - 8:00PM, Sunday evening, December 27, 2009 at Bonaventure Funeral Home.
