Savannah

Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Page Fell died November 5, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones after a long, courageous battle with vascular dementia.

She was the daughter of the late James and Marjorie Page. She graduated from H V Jenkins High School in 1960. She attended Armstrong State College and graduated in June of 1986 with a degree in Early Elementary Education. She taught fifth grade at Isle of Hope Elementary School and St. Paul’s Lutheran Day School.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple for over fifty years where she was active in WMU, the choir and The Living Christmas Tree. She was involved in women’s ministries including ceramics, blanket making, and the Sweet Spirit Sunday School class. She also attended Ferguson Avenue Baptist, where she worked with Awanas and the women’s group, until her illness no longer allowed her to serve. Rebecca was also involved in the Women’s Association for the Gideons International East Camp for many years.

Rebecca fiercely loved her family and wanted to be involved in all the family activities. She adored her three grandsons and attended all their sport and school events. She loved being their Nana. She enjoyed vacationing at the beach with her family and at Lake Oconee. She loved attending University of Georgia football games. Go Dawgs!

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Michael “Mickey” Fell, Sr.; her parents; her beloved brother Jim Page; her brother and sister in law, Buddy and Anne Patton.

She is survived by her children Stacey (Jeff) Mell and Michael (Jennifer) Fell; three grandsons Matthew, Ryan and Hunter; a sister in law Madeline Page and nieces Suzanne Patton Welch, Laura Patton Cunningham and Meredith Page Jones; and her long time caretaker Ms. Lexie Olds.
