Randolph McGowan, Sr. 94, of Savannah died Thursday, October 19th, 2017 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation.
Born in Metter, he was a retired drag tender for the Army Corp of Engineers. He enjoyed working, growing his garden and caring for his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olga Lettow McGowan.
Survivors include his daughter, Frances Coleman of Portal, his sons, Randolph McGowan, Jr. (Ruth) of Claxton, Michael Otto McGowan of Savannah, his grandchildren, Michael Randolph McGowan (Brittany), Samantha Ann McGowan, Matthew McGowan, his great grandchildren, Kahlan Nicole McGowan, Samuel Braverman, Skylar McGowan and a number of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 24th, 2017 from 12 pm to 1 pm at Baker McCullough Funeral Home - Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Funeral Services will be held beginning at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey East.
