Virginia Beach -Pauline Metrakos (Dubby) passed away at her home on Saints Constantine Day, May 21, 2016.
Pauline, an elegant and gentle lady, was born and raised in Savannah, GA the youngest of seven children born to Basil P. and Helen G. Papadapi Carellas. Dubby, a 50 year member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral (Norfolk) was also a member of Hellenic Women's Club, member and past board member of the Philoptochos Society, Golden Age Senior Cluband truly enjoyed singing in the Choir.
Pauline is survived by her devoted guardian angel JoAnn Cawood of Portsmouth, VA, a nephew Theodore Carellas, nieces Helen Carellas and Athena Sheehan all of Savannah, a cousin Couli Carellas of Baltimore and other family members in Savannah.
A graveside service will be held at Greenwich Cemetery on Tuesday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m.
Services have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel
