Patricia E. Crutchfield

Patricia Elaine Crutchfield, age 84 of Toccoa, Georgia died November 11, 2022 at
Habersham Home in Demorest. Born in Savannah on June 20, 1938, she was the
daughter of the late Roy and Dollie Hawkins Sr..

Patricia was a graduate of Savannah High School and Warren A. Candler School
of Nursing. She devoted her life to her family and helping others as she demonstrated
the Lord’s love. After retiring from Candler General Hospital, she worked part time at
Memorial Hospital and made many medical missions trips to Haiti with the Foundling
House Ministries.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her former husband
Barry Crutchfield Sr.; and brothers, Curtis Hawkins Jr. and Teddy Hawkins. She is survived
by her children; Jack Crutchfield (Donna), John Mark Crutchfield and Donna Gailer
(David); her sisters, Dorothy Richardson (Louis) and Diane Morgan (Larry); a sister-
in law, Judy Crosby (Clinton); six grandchildren, Tripp Crutchfield (Amy), JD Crutchfield
(Kacey), Alaina Crutchfield, Shannon Purcell (Chris), Hannah Gailer and Lauren
Thomas (Cody); three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 15,2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr. Savannah, GA 31406).

The family will receive friends from an hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
