Norma Hill Moe, 77, of Jacksonville passed away, Tuesday, September 20, 2011 with her family by her side.
Norma was born in Savannah, GA on February 27, 1934 to the late Virgil Hill and Ollie Brinson Hill. She was retired from the city of Jacksonville Florida as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Human Resources and was a member of Neptune Baptist Church in Jacksonville.
Survivors include her children; Karen Rey Gordon (Alan) of Jacksonville, Shawn MacCarthy (Pam) of St. Louis, MO, beloved granddaughters, Allison Gordon, Meaghan Fitzmaurice (Kohl), Kristen MacCarthy and Colleen MacCarthy, and siblings, Ruby Bryant of Savannah and Mae Erickson of Jacksonville, one brother, Ellis Hill (Barbara) of Jacksonville and many loving family members.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Bonaventure Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
The family will be receiving friends from 6-8 pm on Friday evening, September 23, 2011 at Bonaventure Funeral Home.
