Nancy Carol “Nana” Crews, age 82, of Savannah passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022.
Mrs. Crews was born on February 5, 1940 in Gassaway, WV, the daughter of the late Willie Lee and Ruby Bessie Nichol Carr. She enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and loved spending time with her grandkids. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Wally Joe Crews and her brother, James Carr. She is survived by her son, James “Mick” Sears (Linda); daughters, Melanie Chester (Al) and Tara Townes; grandchildren, Lindsay, Stephan (Erin), Kabe (Marysa), Joe, and Leigh Anne (AJ); and great grandchildren, Juliette, Teddy, Carson, and Marley.
Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel is assisting the family with a private service.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Processing Center, P.O. Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394.
