Muriel "Myra" Walters Chapman, 94, of Savannah, passed away Saturday, July 7th, 2018 at Azalealand Nursing Home.
She was born in Wolverhampton, England, and was the daughter of the late Laurie Walters and Olive Walters.
She was preceded in death by both husbands, Charles S. Ellis and George Raymond Chapman; son, Dale Walter Ellis; and daughter, Mary Lynn Brown.
Myra came to the United States as a "War Bride" and was one of the last ladies in the group British War Brides.
Myra worked at Bay Street Antiques, in Savannah, Ga. She was a member of the former Cokesbury United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 2 sons, Charles Stephens Ellis, III and George R. Chapman, both of Savannah, Ga, 8 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Friday July 13, 2018 10 am at Greenwich Cemetery.
