Morton Victor Turner, Jr., age 83, died peacefully, Friday, September
24, 2010, at Summer Breeze with his many loving friends and caretakers
who he adored and greatly appreciated.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 29,
2010, from the chapel of Bonaventure Funeral Home. Entombment will
follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
He was born on October 21, 1926 in Birmingham, AL. to the late
Morton Victor Turner, Sr. and Mary Pow Turner. Preceding him in
death was his parents, brother, Robert Turner and the love of his life, his
wife, Evelyn Hutchins Turner. Mr. Turner was a retired Business man,
An a Entrepreneur.
Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Chesser and husband Winston,
his sons, Vic Turner and wife Karon and Bob Turner and wife Andrea,
stepsons, Maurice F. Baxter and wife Sandra and Sam B. Baxter.
Grandchildren, John Turner, Amanda Turner, Kelly Chesser, Chris
Chesser, Jamie (Sean) Curry, Lacy Turner, Mallory Turner, Mark
Baxter, Susan Baxter, Denise Montague and Allison Baxter, Great-
Grandchildren, Dylan Turner, Lilly Turner, Sarah Morgan Curry, Hunter
Curry, Lucy Curry.
