Mildred Barnett Ward, 94, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Fleshers Fairview Healthcare Center in North Carolina.
Mildred was the daughter of the late Charlie Guy Barnett and the late Clara Bobo Barnett. She had lived in Pooler for many years before moving to North Carolina due to her health in 2012.
Mildred was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pooler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Lee Ward; two daughters, Carolyn Creamer and Wanda Beutner; sisters, Era, Shella, Jane, Elaine and her brother, Karl.
She is survived by her daughter, Merrilyn Murray (Gerald); a sister, Fay Phillips; 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm Monday, April 23, 2018 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
