Mike K. Taylor, 71, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at his son's home in Guyton, Georgia.
A native of Highlands, Texas; Mike was the son of the late Hoyett and Hallie Lucille Drake Taylor and lived most of his life in Baytown, Texas.
He was a US Army veteran having served during the Vietnam War and was retired from Exxon Mobil after 30 years of service.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Janie Parr.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Michael K. and Missy Taylor; grandchildren, Michael Blade Taylor, Adan Rosemary Taylor, Dillon Brant Loven (Lila), Cassidy Brooke Padgett and his brothers, Pat Taylor and Leroy Taylor.
The family will gather at Michael and Missy's home from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2019 to celebrate Mike's life.
Graveside Services will be held at a later time at San Jacinto Cemetery in Houston, Texas with Military Honors.
