Michelle E. Mccune Burroughs

Michelle E. McCune Burroughs, age 57, of Savannah and formerly of St. Petersburg, FL passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at home.

Mrs. Burroughs was born on July 26, 1963 in Germany, the daughter of Harry Edward McCune and Sadie Jane McBride McCune. She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide and later owned her own cleaning service. She loved music, movies, and playing Minecraft.

Mrs. Burroughs was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Brian Burroughs. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Burroughs and Jeremy Burroughs (Amy); sister, Tina McCune-O’Dell; brother, Michael McCune; fiancé, Fred Saxon; and her beloved cat, Baby.

Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with a private funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, the American Heart Association, or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
