Michael Glen Williams

Michael Glen Williams, 62, passed away August 30, 2021 at home.

Mr. Williams was born on December 22, 1958 in Whiteville, NC, the son of the late Eleanor Elaine Gann and Herschel Roland Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Herschel Douglas Williams; sister, Judy Ann Cade; niece, Michele Denise Grant; and his beloved dog, "Slim" Shady. Michael was an active member of Southwest Baptist Church.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Ernestine M. Williams; sons, Jeffrey Williams (Stacey) of Bluffton, SC and Marshall Williams of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Heather Whitten (Bobby) of Effingham, GA; sisters, Glenda Grant and Rhonda Smith (Carl), all of Pooler, GA; grandchildren, Amber & Paige Whitten and Cameron & Everley Williams; niece, Kristin Elaine Williams; nephews, James Daniel Stafford (Amber), Jordan Stafford, Jacob Stafford, and Matthew Allen Stafford.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
