Mary Frances Knight

Mary Frances Rowland Knight was born on January 23, 1924 to the late John W. and Velma Rowland and died May 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. W. Knight, and daughter Sheryl Claudelle Von Waldner, 2 grandsons Ronson Knight and Keith Barnes. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Brenda Bruno (Russell, deceased), Mary Delaine Barnes (Eddie), Patricia Miles (Mike, deceased), and Karen Rhea (Ray) and 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Frances was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved her family and her Lord and Savior. She was a faithful member of the Savannah Holy Church of God for 73 years where she served as a Sunday School teacher and missionary worker for many years. She was a hard worker, retiring from both Cooks United and Walmart at the young age of 82.

A Visitation will be held 10 am to 11:30 am Friday June 3, 2022 at Savannah Holy Church of God.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 am Friday June 3, 2022 at Savannah Holy Church of God with Rev. Ryan Ralston officiating.

Interment will be at 2:30 pm at Lane Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
