Martha Jean Gill Scott, 77, of Eden died Friday, September 29th, 2017 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Born in Blackshear, Georgia, she was the daughter of Hardy Timothy Gill and Vestal Davis Gill. Mrs. Scott was a Homemaker, and was a member of Powers Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Ervin D. Scott.
Survivors include her son, Dexter Scott of Eden, her daughter, Jennifer Dionne (Michael) of Guyton, her grandson, Nicholas Dionne, her brothers, Hardy Gill, Charles Benton, Patrick Benton, her sister, Rosa Davis, and a number of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held, Friday, October 6th, 2017 at 1 pm at Green Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Sylvania.
