He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis E. Wiley Sr. and Joyce Ann Puckett Wiley.
He is survived his daughter, Samantha Ruth Wiley; brother, Francis E. Wiley Jr. (Christy); niece, Haleigh; several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation: Sunday from 2pm to 4pm June 30, 2019 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel.
