Known by many as Mom, she was born and raised in Savannah, GA.
She is loving mother to Beverly Loyed, David R. Peters, Jr (Dianna), and J. Randy Peters. Grandmother to Shannon (Raymond), Heather (Calvin), John, Lauren, Sarah, Jennifer (George), Amy and Traci (David). Great grandmother to thirteen and great-great grandmother to four.
She graduated from Savannah High School and spent her early years working at the Desoto Hotel and Pirates House as manager.
A devoted daughter, loving wife and wonderful sister.
