Marcia A. Walling Brown 70 died peacefully on January 3, 2020 from an ongoing illness. She was born in Lewistown, MT on June 20, 1949 to the late James “Cleo” and Dorothy “Frances” Walling. She received her education at Fergus County High School. After high school she worked as a telephone operator, construction worker, bartender, and homemaker. She married the love of her life Lewis Daniel Brown on May 12, 1987. They moved several times, but finally settled in Mosier, OR. In 1990.
Marcia enjoyed painting ceramics, playing cards, and gathering with friends and family. She was a member of the Eagles and Moose Clubs.
Survivors include, two daughters: Sunni Sikes and her husband Fred of Savannah GA, Britney Beechler and her husband Nathan of Fresno, CA.; two sons: Justin Schneidt and wife Kacey of Meridian, ID and Chris Ingersoll of Gillette, WY.; siblings: sister, Mary Losey and husband Richard of Kennewick, WA, and brother Charles Walling and wife Jeri of Eugene, OR.; 13 grandchildren: Courtney Sikes, Heather Ingersoll, Christopher Percival, Lynsey Sikes, Kathry Percival, Andrew Percival, Hailey Ingersoll, Hannah Ingersoll, Brooklyn Schneidt, Aidan Beechler, Tristan Beechler, Cooper Schneidt, Avery Beechler , 2 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Danny, beloved son James “Brian” Walling, both parents, and four brothers: Jim Walling, Robert Walling, Philip Walling, and Jesse Walling.
Marcia was a beautiful soul, with a heart of gold, and a spicy personality. She will be dearly missed by those who loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on June 20, 2020 at a location TBD by the family.
