Mandy Ty Phillips, age 23, died Sunday, January 2, 2011, at her residence after a lifelong battle with Bartters Syndrome and surrounded by her family.
Graveside Rites will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 11:00 am in the Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery with Hospice Chaplain, Sam Watkins officiating. Pallbearers will be John Harper, Joey Harper, Steven Cohen, Dewayne Holmes, Jesse Lanier and Patrick Kelly. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Panch and David Cohen.
Mandy was born June 9, 1987 in Savannah to Kate Dukes Phillips and Kenny Phillips. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, Mary Katherine (Kitty) and Albert Dukes.
Survivors include her parents, 2 brothers; Aaron Phillips of Cody, WY, and Jeremy Phillips of Worland, WY; 1 sister, Savannah Phillips of Savannah and Several Aunts and Uncles, Freddy and Sharon Panch, Danny and Barbara Cohen all of Savannah and Terry Bumgardner of Jacksonville, FL.
