Lora Irene Alford Hinely, 73, of Ellabell passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at her home under the care of Island Hospice.
A native of Ellabell, she was born on March 16, 1946 to the late David Alford and Annie Mae (Edge) Alford. She was the baby of 14 children.
Lora attended Southeast Bulloch High School. She worked at Intermarine USS in Savannah, Memorial Hospital and Candler Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 11 brothers and sisters.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck and Sarah Wilson, Jason and Stephanie Wilson all of Ellabell, David and Toni Wilson of Florida; a brother, Oscar Alford of Warner Robins; a sister, Lois Harper of Byron, GA; 10 grandchildren, James Wilson (Whitney), Jason Wilson (Holly), Amanda Knight (Bradley), Myranda Wilson, Maycee Wilson, Brianna Shuman, Victoria Wilson; 4 great grandchildren, Rhett Knight, Coraline Wilson, Harlin Wilson, Levi Knight; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Living Faith Church of God, 3989 Noel C. Conaway Road Guyton, GA 31312
