Linda G. Malhoyt,67, of Rincon, Georgia, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family and under the care of SunCare Hospice.
Linda was born in Arlington, Virginia, and the daughter of the late Alma May and Joseph Rupert Winstead.
She had lived most of her life in Northern Virginia before she and her late husband Lester moved to Savannah, Georgia, in 2006. Linda was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, friend, and caretaker to all. She worked as the Director for John-Wesley Villas Senior Living Facility in Savannah for many years. Linda was a natural caretaker and enjoyed helping others. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and animals. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, attending music concerts, and traveling with her husband. She loved the casino and browsing through antique shops. She will be missed dearly.
Survivors include her two daughters, Julie (Jeff) Sensabaugh of Goshen, Virginia, and Stacey (Josh) Eagelman of Rincon, Georgia; a son, Jason Malhoyt of North Hollywood, California; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
