Linda Lee Jones Gruber, 66, of Savannah, died April 22, 2018 at Hospice Savannah.She was born in Greenville, South Carolina and was a 1971 Graduate of Savannah High School.
She was a former EKG Technician at Memorial Medical Center. She was very active with the children's programs at Windsor Forest Baptist Church and was also a pre-school worker there. Linda loved her cats and her dogs Wendy and Sammy. Linda was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple.
She is survived by her husband Marion Gruber; son Michael Kevin Gruber; daughter Stacey Gruber Clark (Terry); mother Tommie Jones Cowart; grandson Peyton Gruber; granddaughter Alexis Gruber; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son Richard Gruber (Ricky), father Albert Jones, and her brother Hugh Reynolds.
Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 1 p.m. Saturday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel of Baker McCullough Funeral Home, with interment in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice Savannah or the Humane Society for Greater Savannah.
