Linda Gail Constantine

August 5, 1941 — December 27, 2023

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and YaYa, Linda Robinson Constantine, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. After a sudden illness, Linda died peacefully surrounded by her three daughters, family, and friends at Memorial Medical Center.

Linda was born on August 5, 1941 in Sardis, Georgia to her parents Lorine Minchey and Loy Warwick Robinson. Forever the “baby” of the family, she was doted on and loved by her many Aunts and her loving Mother Lorine. Linda graduated from Screven County High School, Young Harris College, and had a successful career in both the legal and accounting fields. Linda was a member of Saint Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church. The biggest passion of her life was her faith in Jesus Christ, and she exhibited her faith in everything she did. Linda was known for her smile and her ability to brighten any room. Linda loved people and was renowned for her polished and put-together appearance. Linda had a true love of life and would often comment on the beauty of nature and marvel at its majesty. But among all these passions, none were more pure or complete than her love for her daughters and her grandsons. She loved to share her excitement and joy that she felt with every milestone and accomplishment that they met, often describing them in great detail to whomever would be willing to listen. Linda truly loved life.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, John V. Constantine; her parents; and her grandsons, Stephen and Michael Lowery.

Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Maria and Samuel Murphy of Dublin, Georgia, her daughter and son-in-law Heidi and David Allen of Savannah, Georgia, and her daughter and son-in-law Victoria and Mark Shuman of Reidsville, Georgia; as well as her grandsons, Neal Lowery, Zack and J.C. Allen, Chapman and Mason Shuman.

Services will be private at this time.
