Lillian Virginia Ertzberger, age 73, went peacefully to be with her Lord on, Tuesday morning, February 15, 2011 at her home on Wilmington Island.
Lillian was born October 8, 1937 in Sylvania GA to the late Connie R. Mock and Ellis W. Jenkins. She was of the Baptist Faith and a devoted homemaker, the pillow of her family and a Loving Mother to her children and a Loving helpmate to her husband. "She was a wonderful woman that was adored by everyone", her family said of her.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 17, 2011 from the chapel of Bonaventure Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Van Gore officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with Alex Brooks, Anthony Brooks, Nathaniel Brooks, Jonathan Brooks, Tiffany Ertzberger, Caitlin Ertzberger serving as pallbearers.
She leaves behind a Very Loving and Devoted Husband of 56 years, Royce Glenn Ertzberger of Savannah; daughter, Tonia E. Brooks and husband David of Savannah; two sons, Royce "Bubba" Ertzberger and wife Lisa of Ellabell and Glenn Royce Ertzberger and wife Stephanie of Guyton, 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
Lillian was preceded in death by her son, Royce Glenn Ertzberger, Jr.
